Fruit doesn’t come much more luxurious that a perfectly ripe peach. It makes a beautiful base for this super simple dessert that is incredibly simple with impressive flavours.
Baking is great way to use up any overripe (or forgotten) about stone fruit as we say goodbye to summer for another year.
