I support a whole lifestyle approach to getting healthy and achieving your health goals. This means I won’t just give you a ‘diet’ to follow. I enjoy working with my clients to educate on the latest nutrition science, develop plans and strategies to suit individual lifestyles.
There isn’t a single ideal diet everyone, all of my advice and recommendations are tailored to you and your long term health, and happiness. This means I won’t put you on a low energy diet and I won’t ask you how much you weigh.
My services are practical and solution focused. I understand there is more to your diet and exercise choices than knowledge. I will give you the skills, ideas, resources and confidence to eat better, feel great and reach your goals.

Please not that I am unable to help you with medical conditions (eg. type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure or diagnosing food allergies). I can work with you on the practical food and shopping aspects of managing health conditions if your medical condition is currently under control and that you are also under the care of a treating health professional (such as your GP or dietitian).

These consultations require an internet connection where we’ll chat on a video call so I can get to you know and your health concerns. Our first session is dedicated to answering your questions and forming an action plan. Follow-up sessions are conducted as frequently as you need for support, trouble shooting and guidance towards your goals.

This is my version of a nutrition help desk. Think tech support for healthy eating. Have you ever wanted to find out the real answer to a nutrition question or get some personalised advice, but don’t feel like you need to commit to a nutrition consultation?
Perhaps you prefer a DIY approach to nutrition and want someone who knows what they’re doing to help you;
- prioritise your goals
- explain the latest nutrition research
- give you some healthy meal and snack ideas
- Assess your go-to meals, snacks and supplements.
If you prefer to be in charge of your nutrition, but just need some expert advice – then this service is for you.
An email consult includes two email responses to any questions/queries you may have. I may have an initial email reply with some questions for you to answer before I can provide you with your requested information. You also receive a further reply for any clarification or follow-up questions required.
PERSONALISED 7 DAY MEAL PLAN
We know restrictive diets don’t work. They don’t address the real problems with your health and eating and they don’t look after your long term health.
When you’re ready to get started on a new healthy eating journey, often we just want to jump in and go. My 7-day meal plans are designed to get you started and to teach you how to eat healthily for life. Think of them as a reset on bad habits and yo-yo dieting. Each plan is unique to every client.
I consider your current health needs, lifestyle, eating habits, food preferences, dietary requirements and family situation to make the most suitable plan for you.
These plans are not a restrictive diet so every meal is suitable to share with the whole family. Put me in charge of the meal planning decision making, so you can focus on learning to eat mindfully and create better food habits.
Each plan comes with a variety of healthy recipes and inspiring snack ideas. Each meal has been developed by me and tested with my family and clients. Unlike other plans, you’ll be given a set of tasty recipes, not just lists of foods to eat. As the whole plan is suitable for everyone in the family there’ll be no more separate meals!
A 7-day meal plan is a great way to ‘kick-start’ your new healthy lifestyle and find out what you should be eating.
This service is fully online. You will receive a questionnaire and 24 hour food diary to complete and email back. Your PDF containing the meal plan, recipes and guide will be emailed back to you within 7 business days.
This Service includes:
- 7 days of breakfasts, lunch, dinners and snacks,
- my own family-friendly and delicious recipes (not just a list of diet foods to eat!),
- flexible recipes,
- no hard to find super-food ingredients,
- a shopping guide to finding the healthiest packaged foods, and
- tips and strategies for continuing on completion of the plan.

Add on before and after (2x) dietary analyses (see below) to assess your changes in nutrient intake after a month of your new eating habits $175 ($195 for new clients)
Do you want to know if you’re on the right track with your diet and style of eating? I can analyse your diet for you to check if you are meeting your daily requirements for essential nutrients, vitamins and minerals. Online food diary apps do not rely on trusted sources for their data and give you an complete picture how your diet could be effecting your health. A comprehensive dietary analysis can tell you you’re eating enough of the right types of foods for your goals or if there’s a reason you feel tired, run down or aren’t meeting your body weight goals.
This service is fully online. You will receive a template diary to complete and email back. Your report and recommendations will be emailed back to you within 2-3 business days.
This Service includes:
- Comprehensive analysis of 3 days worth of food and drinks.
- A PDF report of your diet include analysis of food groups, macronutrients and micronutrients.
- Comparison of your current intake to your personal targets.
- A document of personalised recommendations to improve your health.
I am fully insured and hold full membership with the Nutrition Society of Australia.
