Making sure your children are well nourished starts long before they’re eating 3 meals a day with cutlery. From their very first experiences with food they’re shaping their preferences and habits. Making sure they eat well is a daily concern for us parents. Unfortunately every child is so different and the recommendations always seem to be changing! So why not get a group together and have a myself, a Registered Nutritionist answer your questions with the latest evidence and set you on the path to raising healthy eaters?
What you need to do
My informal informal mums n bubs sessions require no organisation from you. Simply book me to come to your mothers group and I’ll meet you at your regular park or cafe meeting spot. There’s no need to organise childcare or find a venue. Learn while you have a coffee and get some fresh air with your babies and toddlers.
What you get
We’ll talk about introducing solids, cows milk, supplements, follow-on formulas and more. You’ll receive plenty of opportunity for questions and answers specific to your child that cuts past the generic pamphlet advice!
You’ll receive an hour of informal discussion, plenty of tips plus handouts and goodies to takeaway.
You do not need to be an existing mums n bubs group or a new first time mum to book this service. Just get a group of mums together for a coffee and a chat to debunk the myths and get your strategies in place!
